The Process:
Once your order has been successfully completed and is ready to be sent you will receive an email from us confirming the successful dispatch of your parcel(s) including all tracking information.
If there is no response when the courier tries to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange collection. They will re-attempt to deliver your parcel up to three times after which it will be returned to Your Own Print.
If your assigned date/time is not convenient, you can reply to the email or SMS to rearrange a more suitable time slot.
* Please note: We do no ship to Hotels, PO Box and BFPO addresses.
Restrictions & Taxes
It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Your Own Print invoice.
For US shipping if the value is under 200 U.S Dollars you will not have to pay duties however if over this amount you will be liable to pay import tax.
For Canadian orders you will always be liable to pay import duties and taxes over a value of 60 Canadian Dollars.
For Returns: the product must be packed with a note above the address stating the goods are been returned. Failure to do this will result in import duties being removed from the amount refunded - at the customer’s expense.
